Hi folks, long time no see.

Much has happened in my history. Those of you ancient enough to remember me know that I used to live in New Jersey. Eventually I wound up in Seattle. Then Houston. Now I'm in San Jose.

Some of you may even remember that I was writing a tickling video game, which I eventually shelved. The good news is, I'm kinda-sorta working on it again. The really good news is that I've gotten the proper tools to really cut loose and it looks a hundred times better than it ever did. The bad news is that the release date is still "who the hell knows?", assuming I ever even come close to finishing.

Let's take a quick walk down memory lane, just so you can see where I'm coming from. Here's an old screenshot.

I don't know. My life's complicated right now, and I have a lot of crap to sort out.

Sorry, no. If you recall, I didn't have much fun the last time I was there. I'm definitely not flying across the country to attend again.

"Soon" is relative, unfortunately. At the moment, when I have time to actually work on it, all of my efforts have been going towards the new artwork and reconstructing the old codebase. One of the reasons I stopped working on it was because the code had gotten out of control and impossible to work with... so I'm re-writing it from the ground up. I've been writing games professionally for almost four years now, and I've learned a lot since the first go-round.

Now if y'all will excuse me, Guitar Hero calls.
