I am no longer going to be a member here! And no, it's not cause of my boyfriend. His family had found my myspace and through that found this and are now starting a whole shit load of drama! All I have to say is that I miss chatting and sharing with you both here and on MySpace. I was wondering if you got to go to any of the parties that I referred you to, and how you were doing. I am saddened that you're no longer my MySpace friend and wondered what happened to you. I believe that you ARE your own woman, and shouldn't allow someone's family determine your life and destiny. As others said ever so eloquently, if you're not good enough for them, then chances are that they were never good enough for you, no matter what kind of money and/or status they have. Missy, I am very sorry to hear you have decided to leave. That having been said, these are my thoughts.
You mentioned that you aren't leaving because of your boyfriend, but rather, because of his family. After reading that, I thought to myself:" Who are those people to tell Missy how to run her life?" Perhaps if I met a mainstream person outside the community, a girl herself, who didnt like me being here, I loved her, and wanted to keep her in my life, I might then leave. If she didnt have a problem with it, and it was just her family, for that, I would probably be like:" With all due respect, please mind your own business". I'm one who believes that one should only pass opinions or follow advice if a situation directly affects them. If the situation doesnt directly affect them, as it doesnt affect your bf's family by you being here, except that they want to cause trouble, they really should keep their mouths shut.
I hope you will reconsider. You are a great person, and you will be missed around here.
