Ahhhhh, now I see. I kinda figured that was the case. But, I went with your actual wording and not what I thought it meant. In that case...
It would feel pretty much the same as normal tickling on a physical level. The big difference is on the emotional level, since you can't do anything about it. Safewords are generally used so that, if you REALLY need it to stop, you can end the session. But, in the meantime, the intensity tends to be increased.
I've had issues with the feeling of helplessness for years as a result of abuse as a kid. I actually found that this helped me to overcome that. You DO feel helpless in the midst of an intense session. But, it's a helplessness as a result of giving control rather than having it taken away. So, it's actually a good feeling.
There's always a need for caution in using restraints, making sure they're comfortable for the individual, etc. I'd also caution about using restraints of any kind with someone you don't know. While the vast majority of folks out there are perfectly safe to play with, there are a few whackos out there. If it doesn't feel comfortable, don't do it.
In the end, it's all about having fun. I never thought I'd be able to enjoy it, but found that I could. I hope you'll find the same enjoyment of it that so many others here have found.
happy tickling!
