It says the group files can only be viewed by members - is it possible for you to enable public access instead of us all having to join?

As for the group settings, i believe you can change the settings of the group to allow for anyone to join without your approval.

Can you please post your pics here or on another website for easier access?

go to manager tools then groupe settings scroll down to membership settings and click the first public.
