I had read, i think in the italian discussions in Japan there's a place, like a night club or something like that , concerning tickling.
The clip does not look like a Tv show so, i think that is the place i read about.

Is there any Japanese member that knows some more about it?
 
i think thats the first japanese game show clip i actually saved. very good. but one thing people, youtube doesnt pull clips because you post the link here, they dont care about that. they pull clips when they are copyrighted and it is shown to them. so please stop posting youtube links with an extra space.

Agreed. I'm amazed at how many people seem to have unquestioningly accepted this trope that Youtube will pull clips because a fetish site linked to them.
 
It's the election of "Miss Tickling" ( no kidding ), a public event like "Miss America" and it's not a night club but a japanese sport palace!
I managed to get the link and tried to get the full event video if there is such a thing but with no success.
