Dogs and cats tend to be attracted to feet. Most likely the smell, the sweat/pheremones and the toe wiggling lol.

There is an amazing clip of Jennifer being tickled on the Ellen show with a foot massager as well. She’s super ticklish and honestly I’ve had a crush on her since she was on Friends. On top of still being smoking hot at 56, she has one of the cutest personalities ever. That laugh 😍

I don't think that is a good indicator. I know plenty of people who aren't ticklish by a brush but extremely ticklish still. Also Reese liked a post on Instagram posted by Jennifer Garner about how ticklish pedicures can be! I assume she is ticklish on her feet!

Its better not to assume anything in my opinion. I 100% agree about the brush thing. In high school/college I came up with this fake project idea where I get my female friends to let me paint the bottom of their foot/feet and I make a poster out of their and my footprint next to each other, like a best friend project. I'll say this. For every one girl who was extremely ticklish to the paintbrushes, and I always tried to find the softest paintbrushes, I had the majority of the rest of the girls with little to no reaction at all. I actually know very few people who are ticklish to really soft objects like brushes or feathers, including my wife who is extremely ticklish all over.

As far as liking the post goes, that doesn't really tell us anything. She could like the post because she thought it was funny or interesting or whatever. We really dont know. Since we probably never will know, if believing her feet are ticklish makes you happy, I say go for it.
