I did see the episode. It was water. You may get lucky searching long enough online for the clip, but as far as the tickling sites, Howard or his people insisted that none of his stuff be posted years ago. I found that odd as he doesn't try to sell it and you could get it for free on tv back in the day. Oh, well. Jenny would have been hot had they done it right, but the segment was quite lame, honestly.
