Hey everyone, Jordin Sparks American Idol champion admitted to being ticklish. she was talking to a fan on twitter who she worked out with earlier. they were using a workout machine. here is a description of the machine she was talking about.

Worked w/ a machine that does 500 muscle contractions per sec. Biceps, back, glutes, abs & legs. I'm jello right now. But I need to own one!
