I remember a long time ago a scene from this show where the character Alexander is tickled with some type of swinging torture device. Does anyone have access to this clip? Episode X-marks the spot...

here is what the ep guide states-

In the dungeon, the gang are strapped to torture devices: Alexandra in stocks, Valerie in an iron maiden, Alan on a rack and Josie and Melody in shackles. Alex is strapped to the floor and feathers are sweeping by his feet tickling him. Mr. X leaves them there until they decide to cough up the formula. Sebastian picks the locks and frees them all. Val and Alan have a plan. The gang split up: Josie, Alan and Melody go to find Professor Belfour while Valerie, Alexander and Alexandra motorize a suit of armor.
