Imagine if somebody (presumably from here) created a form of oil/lotion that has all of the things that warm up and sensitizes the body...and called it the tickling serum? Just think of how it would sell amongst our community!

My question is...what do you think would be in it?
 
there must be something like that already, i dont think it sounds that far-fetched (maybe not with tickling in mind, but maybe some other medical purposes)
