Alright, I'm sure some of you read in the "if you could go back in time" thread about my friend who I'd written that Taekwondo Tickle Torture story about...(and no this doesn't belong in that section because it doesn't have anything else to do with the story lol)
Well, she'd e-mailed me after I'd told her about a cat I have...a Russian Blue...nice, gray cat..ours eats a ton, though.🙄
In my friend's e-mail, she mentions a Russian Blue that SHE used to have..but one day it ran off, and all they found was its collar.
Now...what would YOU think, if it turned out this Russian Blue turned up in your yard....(maybe a few weeks , months, I dunno how long, she was skinny and starving though) after one ran from your friend's place....which is about an hour's driving time away (Hey, pets have been known to travel further than that..I'm sure I've seen one or two stories about that on National Geographic or Discovery channel) .
And for some reason, this cat likes to try to sneak into MY room (not easy to live alone when you have Cystic Fibrosis).
I used to see this friend at least 3 hours a week at college...we were both sparring partners and stretching partners in Taekwondo class. Maybe the cat likes being in my room because it recognizes my scent? (I'm not sure if after hours, a cat could still smell my scent on my friend, though).
Although she says her cat was a "he"...it was pretty young when we found the cat...so maybe my friend mistaked a female cat for a male?
Wouldn't that be really strange if her lost cat ended up becoming my cat? (And yes if there was a way to prove it was hers, I'd give it back to her...although the dog would really miss the cat lol..and if she didn't want the cat back, at least she'd know it was being taken care of...and is spoiled rotten lol )
