Found an interesting pic from one of my favorite celebs Kaley Cuoco. I'd like to get yours guys take on this, it's 50/50 for me. She is shown getting a pedicure which she does regularly. In this pic it's looks like she's laughing from the pedicure. Not sure if it's a reaction or laughing at something else.

Can't tell from a still photo whether she is laughing because of the scrubbing of her sole or because the guy has said something funny.

The 'technician' seems to be doing something to Kaley's right foot with her 2 fingers. And judging by Kaley's feet being stretched a bit, it seems that she is, in fact, being foot tickled.
