It seems an old school friend has dropped by to see how Katie's getting on,
Hayley and Katie were friends since they were little and havn't seen each other since Secondary school.
problem is Hayley had a thing for tickling poor Katie's feet - and at almost every oppourtunity.

Looks like Hayley's going to be a formidable new antagonist! Not as outre as Katie's Tickleland playmates, perhaps, but super-enthusiasitc and really good at tying knotts! Pretty strong too, evidently... she seems to have secured Katie without any trouble (perhaps Katie doesn't hate tickle treatment half as much as she protests!)
