The camera is moved to focus only on Kat's feet while she is tickled there. This position is often worse, since she cannot see where exactly she is being tickled.

That is a nice position to have her in while tickling her feet. I like to see the expressions on their face while being tickled.

You can see some great reactions on her face in the stocks tickling clip. The toothbrush, and especiallythe hairbrush, was what it took to really get her laughing and squirming.

In the middle of the stocks clip she kept asking me if the scene could be ended short and switched to another position. You could tell by her reactions and dialogue that she was having a hard time taking it.
