A show to keep an eye on might be Tru TV's Killer Karaoke. The last two weeks episodes had fairly attractive women endure the horror walk, where they had to sing while stepping in bins of creepy crawly things. Sometimes it appears to tickle. Yea, I saw that show. I thought some sort of tickling challenge would work well with the premise.
