on Keeping up/Kardashians, Kim Kardashian was trying to have some of her "cellulite" removed from her butt/thighs. A woman was using this device that massaged those areas. Her sisters asked her what it felt like. She said that it tickled, but it was also hot at the same time. Her reaction was a little disappointing because she didn't laugh that much - she just said it tickled. I should admit I only saw a portion of the whole scene, as it was aired on "Talk Soup", so maybe there was more laughter in the actual episode. Just thought I'd share. It was the episode where she wanted to put together a Kim Kardashian calendar for her bf, Reggie Bush.
 
I watched the actual episode. There wasnt really anything else than what you described. Im not sure if you saw it, but after they go over her thigh, she lies on her back and the machine goes over her stomach, but no laughter. Here is the clip
