no, its a little $200 device called "slightest touch" and its purpose is to make a woman REALLY "want it bad". but if you turn the power up all the way it gives a nice little shock. nothing that can really hurt or injure, it's battery operated.
but the "action" around her area feels really good, again, so i was told by her.
