Hi All! Thought I'd ask here since I've done an internet search for this, but, I came up empty.

I was on my Kindle a couple days ago and noticed all my bookmarks had vanished. I just managed to get a few of the more important ones re-bookmarked and it happened again, they all vanished again.

Has anyone else had this problem? And. If so. Can you tell me how to fix it?

P.S: my Kindle is a Fire 7.
