Thats from the movie Crazy/Beautiful, and it is Kirsten Dunst. I believe it is alittle tickling going on. alot of sole shots of her though.

It has been documented that she has ticklish feet. I remember hearing she had her feet tickled by george clooney once.

There is tickling going on. If you have the DVD, the commentary is, I think, the director and he mentions something to the effect that he told them to just have fun with it and they did a good job of wrestling, poking, and tickling each other like a couple and that it was sweet to watch. That'd be a great reel of extra footage to watch. 🙂
