Hello ladies. Got a odd question I'm curious about. Please don't think I'm a total percent or freak when I ask this but I have notices in several photos and videos when women are tickled topless, their nipples are rock hard. Of course you're a perv. Well, if the woman is aroused, or cold. Even nervousness could cause it. I think its like anything else...every "body's" different.
 
Just having a shirt off can cause it. Small breeze, anything.
 
The skin tightens when the body gets colder. Happens to both genders.
