Definitely Aeryn Sun/Claudia Black. She's always so grim and miserable and serious; she could do with a good laugh.

Chiana/Gigi Edgley comes a close second, but I'd add their FarScape castmates Jool/Tammy MacIntosh and Sikozu/Raelee Hill to the poll as well.
