Ladies only: itchy feet or foot asleep?

I've talked to several women on the internet over the years who have said something to the effect of this: When they get an itch on the bottom of their foot, it makes them laugh. I usually ask "do you mean you laugh cause it itches or you laugh when you scratch it". And they say the itch itself makes them laugh, and if they scratched it, they'd be in hysterics.

Just wondering if any ladies here who can relate to this would like to tell us about it. Or....

I've talked to a couple of ladies who have said that when their foot falls asleep, and they get that "pins & needles" feeling when it's getting circulation back, that makes them laugh too. Ditto on this ladies, anyone who can relate, let us hear it. Thank you.

I'm kinda the same. When I get an itch on the bottom of my foot it tickles a little, but I don't usually laugh out loud from it. Same for when I scratch it. Sometimes I giggle a little, but not hysterically.

As for "pins and needles" THAT is me LOL I've heard people say that it hurts, but for me it just tickles like crazy! The other day my boyfriend was tickling my foot WHILE I had pins and needles. Now THAT tickles LOL

My soles tend not to itch much. If I recall, it does tickle to scratch them. One of my feet will fall asleep if I am sitting in particular position for too long a time, but it only tickles if I think about it. Honestly, when this happens, it is a little uncomfortable for me. Thank you for the post.

when the bottom of my foot itches, I usually just rub it cuz if I scratch it, I make myself giggle. If its a suden itch, then my reaction is to hurry and scratch it which in turn wil make me squeal and giggle cuz of the sudden tickle...😛


As for pins and needles, usually I get that from sitting in a position too long. When I do get it, it does tickle, but not enough to make me laugh. I mostly just smile a bit and maybe bite my lip.

The most giggles you'd get from me is if someone were to actually tickle me

The itch doesn;t happen that much for me ,I just lightly have to scratch with my fingertip to laugh,OMG not the nails!:

Pins and needles when my foot falls asleep,tickles like crazy and alot of times I am kicking my leg out and sometimes in circles trying to help the blood flow more quickly but it tickles hehehehhe and seems like a eternity ..
I almost ran into a wall one day when trying to walk on the foot that fell asleep LOL..

For me, an itch is just painful and annoying. Scratching doesn't make me laugh, though it does tickle a bit.

As for having my foot fall asleep, THAT has been known to make me laugh out loud. When it's been in that weird position and you don't even realize it's asleep till you move it, and then it hits you. ACK! I've been known to squeal like a crazy person. My friends are always amused by it. I'll try to let it run its course by holding my foot still where blood can flow back into it, because it tickles worst when it's moving. My friends are always whacking it just to drive me crazy. Grrrr. . .
