Ladies who like to tan? Tan your soles also?

I wasn't sure if this goes in Tickling Discussion or not because it's not exactly tickling related, but here goes. For ladies who tan regularly, are the soles of your feet as tan as the rest of you? I've seen tanned ladies whose soles are tanned and some whose soles aren't. And personally I can't decide which way I like better. Do the ladies here make it a point to make sure the soles of their feet get tanned also? And for fellow foot-lovers, do you have a preference either way?

Oh and one more thing I thought of: if your soles are tanned, does that seem to affect their sensitivity that you've noticed?

I've only been in a tanning bed once, but I have to say, it's probably really difficult to get that part the same color as the rest of the body especially since it's naturally lighter anyway.

There's not really room to bend your knees in a tanning bed and unless you can hang from the bar at the top in the stand up ones for a long period of time, getting the soles of one's feet tan is pretty impossible.

I don't think many tanning enthusiasts care either, because tanned soles would look really weird. I mean, even naturally dark-complected people have light palms and soles.

Yeah, I've never tanned (purposely) before But soles would definitely have to be toasted the old fashioned way. Now that I think about it though, it is kind of eye catching when every part of a woman is tanned except her soles

Actually, the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet lack the pigmentation to tan. They might turn red, but not tan

I've been tanning on a regular basis lately, and while my skin has gotten much more bronzed in colour, the soles of my feet have stayed the same deep pink they have always been!
