Laughter yoga....your thoughts?

I just ran across something strange...laughter yoga...kinda weird but...I think I might try it...what are your thoughts/experiences with it?:fingerscrossed:
 
Well yoga is supposed to be fantastic for the mind, and laughter is good for the body, so I'd guess that combing the two would be pretty much perfect?
 
On the Laughter Yoga website, they recommend "Laughing Alone". One of the few times I'm ever alone these days is in the car driving to work, but I can't imagine my fellow drivers would look kindly upon me cackling wildly as I passed.
