Well, if I were a lawyer, prosecuting a non-con tickler. I would try to prove a tickling fetish and nail you for sexual harrassment and probably sexual assault (as opposed to just assault) too. But that's jsut me I have no idea what a real lawyer would do.

I'm still supprised about the MJ trials.....all I learned from it was that if you want to commit a crime, do it in CA. XD
