Lees, have you ever just suddenly lost the ticklish sensation?

The other day my Ler and I were in the midst of a tickling session. My first in awhile because we weren't able to see each other for a couple of weeks. It was pretty intense, though far from the most intense we've ever done. And just suddenly, while he was going for a particularly bad spot, I lost it. It didn't tickle at all.

It only lasted about 10 seconds, but it was just really weird and sort of threw me for a loop.

Has this ever happened to anyone else? Was it just sensation over drive?

I've never lost ticklishness in a spot suddenly as you describe. If I am tickled in the same spot for a long time, then after about ten minutes that spot gets desensitized and it doesn't tickle any more there.

Only time I would lost ticklishness if I was upset or uncomfortable with the situation or who was tickling me.
