Does anyone have a rock-solid document that tickle models must sign before a session. And is there a site that has nothing but girls for hire for tickling and BDSM?
 
Google 'adult model release' or something. And maybe post this thread in an area of the forum that it pertains to. This is the chat forum and people mainly post technical help for the chat here.

I doubt there is a website like that. I know, right? Why can't they just line up at your front door too? Bring their own bondage and supply their own viewers lol If you look around here there are women who do paid sessions and models as well. Perhaps fetlife has more information.
