Poor Lil Dee! She has a very important phone call to make, to the board of a co-op building that she REALLY wants to buy into. Settling into her call, she relaxes and puts her famously beautiful feet up, only to have a guy come along and slip off her shoes to reveal gorgeous soles! The tiny typhoon is miffed but actually it feels nice to have the shoes off so she continues with her conversation.
But soon the guy is not content to look at Lil Dee's soles, he wants to touch them too! Just gentle rubs, AT FIRST, but that it all it takes to begin sensitizing the ticklish soles of the diminutive delight! Lil Dee is shocked but she has to hold it all together for her very important phone call! What can a ticklee do???
Now Lil Dee is taken out of the frying pan, and tickled straight into the fire! The guy slips a cord around her ankles and goes for the kill, fingernails scribble-scrabbling all along the tormented sole flesh! Lil Dee is trapped and in agony, but she must ... not ... laugh -- it seems like an eternity as her bare soles are under the power of the devilish guy. Once she's off the phone she really reads him the riot act but he's got one more tickle in store for her to show her who is the 'Ler and who is the 'Lee!
