I've actually been looking for this one for a long time now! I saw it on one of those Rowan and Martin Laugh In anniversary specials, so that would be a good place to start! A man's foot was sticking out of a hole and Lily Tomlin pulls off his shoe and tickles his socked foot! Great stuff. Let's see if someone can track it down!
