Maybe so. who really knows. that picture looks like a fake though but maybe it's just because her head looks weird the way it is and her face and everything....

But personally i don't think Lindsey Lohan is all that hot looking in my opinion.
 
Dude, her lef thand has cake on it. She obviously was trying to smoosh it on someone and they were fending her off.
 
Not even close..... The girl is not hot at all BTW... I never knew she had that many freckles, and her face looks like she has been one air brushed tanned too many times.

Lindsay is 18 going on 19 and is more of an actress than a singer. IMO she's a cutie...freckles and all, but I'd have to agree with the general consensus here that she's not being or about to be tickled in this picture.

In the photo she had just turned 16 (it was her birthday with Aaron Carter), and a lot of the grown-ups here were really rippin' on her..... or riffin' on her, whatever it is the kids say today. I mean, really, who's Lauren Bacall in high school? But she is a cutie-rootie, just a bad pic is all.
