Oh, I missed this one before. I really love this concept! It's very similar to something I wanted to write a story about a long time ago but never got to it, except in my case the AI doesn't do it for the purposes of sadism, but because it genuinely believes that tickling is making people happy and it's programmed to maximize human happiness.

That is a really cool spin on why a robot would be tickle torturing. You should write that story!
