Once again, some of the best pictures I’ve ever seen here, Lisa. Excellent use of AI, and great concept behind them. You are a true artist of both written word and imagery. I can’t get enough! Keep up the good work!
 
What the hell kind of medical facility would engage in this?
Is it what the facility does? Or just what this one Doctor does when working late at night alone with the patient?
Would you be surprised to find out that the patient loves this and begged the Doctor to do it?

You might be aware of this. For the General Audience, then. In hentai, I have run across an occasional example of stump fetish. It's definitely not my thing, but it seems that almost any attribute or phenomenon of the human body can be made the basis of someone's intrigue.

I look for the story behind the image. In this one, I see a woman recovering from a terrible accident. She has "ghost" sensation in the limbs she no longer has -- feathers trailing across that lost skin. She is to be fitted with motorized prostheses. When the limbs are in place, she needs physical therapy as she learns which nerve impulses cause which action in each limb.

At times, the therapist needs to keep her from falling. She is ticklish, and enjoys it. The therapist figures this out, and visits her after hours. The patient enjoys being tickled and teased even more when the prostheses are removed and she is helpless.

Not long ago, I audited a thread on the question "What is your darkest tickling fantasy?" This doesn't even qualify.

As for any negative comments, this is supposed to a tolerant forum, within the limits laid down by the Admins. Illegitimi non carborundum, Lisa. None of those picayunes have your hard-won skill, not to mention your rare talent.

@sophilos I really like your take on your story behind the picture. That was fun to read.

My slight twist take on your cool story is that yes it is after hours, but that she has not asked to be tickled and is extremely ticklish. 🙂 It's really simple, she just needs to suffer tickle torture because she is so wonderful and pretty. And that she can't fight back is, well, hot!

I am impressed. Going by these, you have solved the "five fingers" problem. LLM has a problem dealing with the difference between four fingers and a thumb versus five fingers. Congratulations on a genuine breakthrough.

In a largely foot fiendish forum, my tastes are in the minority. F-f, UB, full frontal, slender blonde lee ... Funny thing, my image in the mirror doesn't look much like a mature closeted lesbian. Thanks for the help with my identity crisis.

I wish I could zoom out on this last series. Fascinating.
