Long delays between pages getting worse?

Been experiencing long delays between page clicks for a while now. Seems to be particularly bad with pages full of clips.

Usually on Firefox, but doesn't seem browser dependent. Not happening on any other websites.

Can you try clearing your browser cache? You might have a corrupt piece of data that it's hanging on.

Try clearing cache and cookies from your browser, as Jeff says. Also, disable VPN if possible. VPN can make the site run slower for you. 🙂

Thanks guys. I don't use a VPN and tried the cache clearing a few time already, but results are inconsistent at best. Had another rash of page hangs just now. Comes and goes, worse some days than others. Just wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same issue. If I'm the only one, I'll keep looking on my end.

I don't have any delays on that page, and I'm no closer to the TMF server than anyone else. There must be a way to diagnose it but unfortunately I don't know how 🙁

Do you have more devices you could try with? 🙂 If it's device dependent then it will not struggle for you with another device.

Two questions - are you on desktop or mobile? If on desktop, do you see a clips4sale ad at the top of this page?

Desktop, and I see the following code at top of this page:

And I just started seeing this code today here and on other sub-forums. I used to see the C4S ad. Did you recently make a change?

I made it the last thing to load on a page, so it wouldn't hang the load time if that was the problem. It shouldn't have done that though.

I haven't really noticed any major delays since the last one reported here.
It seems though, that occasionally the request back to your server just gets lost. If I kill that session and immediately bring up a new session, all's well.

I undid the delay, can you do a hard refresh and see if the ad is back? We need that ad 🙂

I don't pay much attention to the ad, so I can't say for sure when it vanished. I just remember seeing it in the past and noticed the change because of this discussion.
Also, I'm in the Seattle area.

i'm not sure if this is even what you're talking about, but I've noticed I'll see a comment posted on a forum and when I click on it to go to it from the forum list page it's as if the comment wasn't posted. Sometimes it takes several minutes and refreshes for it to show up, but it always eventually does so I never really thought too much of it.
