Some years ago, there was a story involving a male getting out/escaping prison to get revenge on his original tickle victim. If I remember correctly, the man had abducted and tickled the bejesus out of the female character. He eventually gets arrested and spends the next 8-10 years in prison, plotting and blaming the woman for his capture. He vows to recapture her and put her through 8-10 years of tickle torture. He does eventually capture her again, and that's actually where the main story begins.
Beyond that, I don't remember many other details, except that it is one of the first intense tickle stories I read and liked.
