i am looking for someone to post the program for flash so that i can create a tickling flash game. also if you have the instructions could you post those too.
 
Aye, have you tried downloading the free trial from their website?

The chances are no one will post it because each individual program of flash costs several hundred pounds. :l
 
There are several freeware Flash animation programs at Snapfiles 🙂 (You can click the tab at the upper right for shareware options.)
