Looking for a real life story and a fictional one

Long time I read a story about Janet Evans, the olympic swimmer, being tickle tortured by friends of her swimming competitor and I cannot locate the website it was on. Also, on the google newsgroup finder websit under A.M.T. there is a mention of a real life story of a boy who was asked by his aunt to tickle her soles every time he came over to her house during the summer. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find the whole story and/or the Janet Evans story as well.
