Looking for a reccomendation

Try looking through the advanced search on DLsite to show tickling games (but not comics, cg sets, or audio files).

You can look under Advanced Search -> File Format to see.

http://www.dlsite.com/ecchi-eng/work/=/product_id/RE216133.html has interactive touch-based play, but isn't quite fully animated.
http://www.dlsite.com/ecchi-eng/work/=/product_id/RE119017.html has tickling with some limited animation and text overlay for dialog/laughter.
http://www.dlsite.com/ecchi-eng/work/=/product_id/RE212980.html is a short, linear VN that's all tentacle tickling. (I wasn't that impressed, but I'm giving it a shout out because some people love tentacles, and because the game gets straight to the point, without wasting your time on RPG mechanics...)
Kusuguri Bathhouse (which I won't link due to loli content, even though it also has an adult tickling too) is a voice acted, linear visual novel with extensive tickling and dialog.
Noircastle's games (also no link due to loli-adjacency) Spectoria, DVirtual, etc. have unusually high production values for tickling RPGs.
