Looking for a Scene!

I’m trying to find a specific scene from a Chinese movie or TV series. Here’s what I remember:

• A girl was tied up in some sort of warehouse or storage room.
• She was sitting on a chair, and her legs were stretched out onto another chair in front of her.
• Her mouth was gagged, so she could only make muffled sounds.
• The boss was sitting at a desk nearby, and he told his two henchmen (in Chinese, I think) to tickle her feet.
• The two henchmen used a brush or something similar to tickle her.
• The scene was pretty long and it used to be on YouTube, but I can’t find it anymore.

I’m sharing this in hopes that someone might recognize it and help solve the mystery!

Don't take my word for it, but I'm pretty sure it is this movie. I saw the "behind the scenes" section somewhere on YT before the actual scene. It is pretty much the same, only you can see the making of the scene, cameras and all as they tickle her.
