Looking for an anime clip - Robots/M

Hey all - there used to be an anime clip on YT of a cartoon male strapped to a table (I think red jacket, blue pants) and poked/prodded by robot aliens (from what I gathered - it was in Japanese I believe). At one point they put a teapot in his mouth or something, then when they saw him laughing as they poked him, they began to tickle him all over. The scene made it seem like the tickling lasted for a long time, and the main henchman person later pushed a button that retracted a window to reveal him being tickled as he and another person watched. Any ideas if it's still on YT, or what the anime/episode was called? Thanks in advance!
