mk..it aint that old but i couldnt find it lol anyways......

It an anime and these people have a girl trapped against a brick wall...they start searching her for something and while they do she laughs and says no my feet are ticklish or something like that...and then at the end of the clip she like beats the guys up and says something along the lines of this is what you get for tickling my feet...

again sry i couldnt give you more but i was j/w if anyone knew the name of this clip or if anyone could find it for me if they did...i know it was posted on here b-4 just cant find it now lol
 
This is the dubbed [English-speaking] version of Rave Master.

The original [Japanese] format simply involved her thighs being tickled as they searched her.
