Hey all,
I hope someone in this forum knows what I am talking about.

I was browsing around one night(about two months ago)
and I came across a comic series about a blonde women with really BIG ticklish feet. and some unknown tickler, made her feet like 10 feet tall and was using a whole hand to tickle like it was one finger.
I can't remember where I saw the comic, I think in a yahoo group but I am not sure.

Hoping someone knows what comic I am looking for.
