Looking for drawing: Aristocratic Thief

I remember a drawing from back in the day of a young woman, in Renaissance-style clothes, tied to a tree while a tickler, dressed in Three-Musketeeers-style duds, tickles her feet with a feather. The text says something about the pleasures of an aristocratic thief.

I remember the drawing fondly, but I can't remember the artist's name or find the drawing. Can someone help?
