I remember it being on sometime in the mid to late nineties, it was a trolls movie, but being so old had notion to do with the current franchise. I remember the trolls had lil fairy friends and I think a talking owl? The force of evil hated laughter so the trolls and fairies learned to use tickle attacks, with the villains begging them “don’t make me laugh.”

But I haven’t seen it ever again. I’ve tried too. Does anyone know what film it is? If memory serves me, it was aired on tv on thanksgiving day.

That is definately it. I think I still have the old VHS of it in a box somewhere.
