Looking for particular old school art

There was a comic file that was out around the 2000’s time period. It was black and white comic style. The girl was restrained against a wall with her feet in the air. She had shoulder length black hair. She was tickled on her feet and I believe it was interrogation style. The final panel was Wonder Women in a sewer, think she was going to save her?

Does anyone know the name of these comic set/file? I’ve been searching for months!

Yep! Someone created a third page not too long ago. The original two pages are close to 20 years old, maybe older.
