Two of the stories in the book were:
"Eat Me"- two zombies fall in love, and literally eat each other
The other story was about a fat guy, who lived in a fortress of sorts, and hunted and ate zombies, describing that the purple meat was bad to eat, but green was ok, and in the end, the zombies got to him and ate him....
It was a horror book, with a bunch of short stories....
It would have come out in the mid-late '80's to very early '90's, as I had a copy in 1992.
