Im sorry for the quality of the image.
This tool is used somewhat frequently in Czech Tickling Vids; it's the black and metal thing near the end of the gif at the bottom. I'm curious as to the proper name of it, since I would like to acquire one (particular curious if it is more effective than a waterpik.)
Clip can be bought at this clips4sale site, on page 3, where it is referred to as "The vibrating metal stick".

*Edit. In-particular curious with it as it seems far more useful on soles than waterpik (but then, I've only had the opportunity to use that once so far, so I could be wrong.)
*Edit two. Put post up and watched it. GIF doesn't operate unless you click it, which takes you away from the site (to imageshack.)
