was watching the popular dating show last night on Game Show Network and this guy came on (he was on video) talking about how to strike up a conversation with a girl and he said something to the effect of "I ask her something like "Are you ticklish? and how if I'm down, I tickle myself to make myself laugh and yada, yada, yada" I wonder if this guy is out there still and if he's a member of this forum. He had dark hair, dark eyes, late 20s, early 30s... just curious.

I miss watching that show

Cyrdun, there was a time I watched THE LOVE CONNECTION daily, back when it was a new show, not the cable television re-runs. Damn, how I could use that extra time these days.

Your anecdote reminded me of a guy & girl Chuck Woolery interviewed about their LOVE CONNECTION date. The girl told Chuck that the guy gave her a massage. The guy added, "Yeah, and she made the mistake of telling me she was ticklish," and talked about tickle-torturing her. As he spoke of the tickling, a look of reluctance and nervousness overcame the woman; her face conveyed that he must have given it to her good! She seemed to be the combination of ticklishness and submissiveness that a tickler wants in a ticklee.

At the end of the interview, the couple elected to go out again. As they took a seat on stage with Woolery, I wondered if the guy would tickle the girl on camera but he didn't. (I'm sure he got her later, heh-heh.)

There was another time on that same show...

...when Chuck Woolery asked this FINE lady of mixed ethnicity (think coffee with cream like Vanessa Williams) what she looked for in a man, and part of her reply was, "Well, he needs to know how to tickle me," and I thought I was gonna DIE! I was on my way out the door to work, and my ride was waiting out front, or I'd have called in late to hear the rest of that show! OMG!

And when I think of all the blind, unknowing, clueless, ungrateful people who got to watch that, giving not a care to the sacrifice you made, it burns me up. IS NOTHING SACRED ANYMORE?? *snicker*
