Lucky Seven's (and a 1/2)...question for the ladies..?!

A girl I work with thinks she has big feet. They are size 7+1/2. An ex-g/f of mine also had the same size. I didn't think they were that big. Actually I thought they were great, and I'm working on 'C' at work, to try to warm her up to the idea of a tickle session, or at least some pic's of her tootsies (a story on those to follow later). She's pretty open minded, so she may go for it.

Ladies...at what size would YOU consider that a woman had big feet? ...and really...if you measured them with a ruler, what size would they actually be? ...and why are woman's feet sized differently than men's?

I just don't get it....LOL..!!

Althoug a man, I did see the statistics that can answer your question. Her feet are smaller than average, which is size 8 for women.

The statistics are that more than two-thirds of women's feet in the U.S. are between sizes 6.5 and 9.5, inclusive, with the average being size 8.

As to why there are different size scales for men's and women's shoes, I have no idea. Completely arbitrary. 😀

Well I'm not a 7 but my 6 1/2's have brought me some good luck <gg> (Shameless plug for me on Ray's site...)LOL I can actually fit into KIDS shoes sometimes. People usually ask "What size shoe do you wear, like a 4???" Then again remember I'm only 5'3"...

Ok, ok, enough about me...As Mil pointed out, at 7 1/2. C's actually a little smaller than average and I think the gen public still finds that size not only VERY acceptable but still quite feminine and attractive (Gentlemen?)
Read: She's nothing to be embarrassed about.

As for what size WE think would too big, I guess the answer is it depends on the body (proportion, ya know.) If a gal's 6 feet tall, I don't think anyone would be appalled to learn that she wears a 10 or 11. (Ya need big feet to support such a big frame, see?)

Now, if she was little like me (and I hope I'm not offending anyone here because I have yet to see it in real life) and wore a 10, I should think she'd look ridiculous (think oversized clown shoes, yuck--NOT attractive, at least not in my book...

Finally, a little useless triv for ya regarding the difference in m/f shoe sizes. I know this because I actually worked in the shoe department of a high end department store (Shocker, I know!!!)
In general (certain manufacturers go slightly off the standard chart--for example, Nike's tend to run small...) but usually the difference is around 2 sizes. i.e. I wouldn't wear a 6 1/2 in guys shoes, but a 4 1/2. Make sense?

7 to 7 1/2 foot size is usually considered by foot fetish people to be the gold standard of size. Now if she is 5 foot tall and has size 7 feet than yes for her they might seem big.
I know a lady that is 6 feet tall and has really ticklish size 8.5 to 9's, which is small for a lady of her size...
It may be just her perception that her feet are big.

I agree with what was said in a couple of the posts above. I think the average size for a woman is 8, but it all depends on height/size etc. I'm 5'9", with a size 9 1/2 foot. I'd look pretty strange with a size 5 foot!

I think it all depends on the height of the lady, so it could be purportionate to size. Now there are women who are 5'6, who have size 10 or bigger feet. It may look weird to you, but they use it well. Now my fiancee' is 5'10 1/2, and wears size 13. Now it doesn't look so bad because they are not wide, just slender.😀
