Quick translation: he's looking for Zenigata's clips - Zenigata being the detective chasing Lupin.
I only have the Fujiko's clip - Fujiko is Lupin's part time lover, partner and competitor in theft.

Zenigata's clip should belong to the third season: Lupin and friends are fleeing from a subterranean complex through a security lift.
Lift has a weight control system preventing more people getting out than originally got in - so Zenigata must hold on to an inflatable balloon to defy security.
Lupin tickles his pits out of mischief.
