same here....but you know what i think it is? you should hit right-click. then save target as...i cant do that...for some odd reason. for the past 6 months my save target as has been blanked out...even when i click on a downloadable link. Its freakin wierd...and annoying. i guess thats enough out of me for now.
 
Perhaps you should re-install Internet Explorer if that is what you use ticktort. 😉
